Returns and Exchanges


We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a request.

Returns:

In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging; To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@noirshop.es. Once your return is accepted, we will give you the option to send you a return label (the cost of the label will be discounted from the return import), as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Problems:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and fix it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or customized items).
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to make sure what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item. Exchanges are FREE.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed with a gift card for the same amount spent.
